What We Do
ceos Investment GmbH is an independent investment company based in Berlin that thinks ahead and supports people in making better use of our cities together. To this end, we invest in existing spaces, support entrepreneurs, drive digitalization forward, and promote interdisciplinary research and education in the field of real estate economics.
All our engagements share one goal: We want to make the available spaces in the urban landscape more livable, friendlier, more productive, and more environmentally sustainable.
Value Investments
Together with forward-thinking real estate companies, we acquire underperforming spaces and revitalize them with the goal of creating affordable and productive workplaces as well as residential spaces. In doing so, we always put the user at the center.
Funding
ceos supports entrepreneurs who have answers to current and future challenges, who improve and accelerate processes, and who develop new business models. We accompany entrepreneurs not only as capital providers but also as sparring partners and advisors.
Research and Education
ceos supports interdisciplinary education and training in the real estate industry and promotes research projects that develop new solutions for the built environment.
Another focus is Africa. Here, ceos concentrates on the topics of preservation and expansion of biodiversity and education.
